This course introduces the different types of kitchen tools, equipment, and cleaning materials used in cookery. It helps students understand the proper classification, functions, and uses of each tool commonly found in the kitchen. The course also develops students’ knowledge and skills in selecting, using, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen tools and equipment safely and correctly. Through discussions and practical activities, learners will gain confidence in preparing, cooking, and serving food while practicing proper kitchen safety and sanitation.
